Heavy Duty Vertical Band Sealer Machine

This machine is used for sealing the filled rice bags of upto 5kgs. It operates on continuous heat sealing technology and is specifically designed to handle heavy-duty packaging requirements associated with food grains like rice.

This machine seals the open ends of plastic or laminated bags by passing them through a heated sealing bands. यह मशीन प्लास्टिक या लैमिनेटेड बैगों के खुले सिरों को गरम सीलिंग बैंड्स के माध्यम से सील करती है। इसकी वर्टिकल संरचना के कारण भरे हुए बैग सीधे खड़े रहते हुए आगे बढ़ते हैं, जिससे चावल के बैग बिना छलके सुरक्षित रूप से सील किए जा सकते हैं। पैकेजिंग सामग्री की मोटाई और प्रकार के अनुसार तापमान को समायोजित किया जा सकता है, जिससे मजबूत, समान और वायुरोधी सील सुनिश्चित होती है।
