Automatic Rice Processing Machine
The Automatic Rice Processing Machine is the primary and most important equipment installed at the processing unit. This integrated machine is designed to carry out multiple stages of rice processing in a continuous and automated manner. It performs essential operations such as cleaning, de-stoning, de-husking and polishing of raw paddy into finished consumable rice.
The machine first removes foreign materials such as dust, stones, straw, and chaff from raw paddy through a pre-cleaning mechanism. The cleaned paddy then undergoes de-husking, where the outer husk is efficiently separated without causing excessive grain breakage. Following de-husking, the rice is polished and whitened to improve appearance, texture, and market value.
The automated operation significantly reduces dependence on manual labor, improves processing speed, and ensures consistent quality across batches. The machine is designed to minimize wastage and maximize recovery of whole grains. By using this machine, the processing unit achieves higher productivity and better quality control.
स्वचालित धान प्रसंस्करण मशीन प्रसंस्करण इकाई में स्थापित सबसे प्रमुख और महत्वपूर्ण उपकरण है। यह एकीकृत मशीन चावल प्रसंस्करण के विभिन्न चरणों को निरंतर और स्वचालित तरीके से पूरा करने के लिए डिज़ाइन की गई है। इसके माध्यम से कच्चे धान की सफाई, पत्थर अलग करना, भूसी निकालना तथा पॉलिशिंग जैसी आवश्यक प्रक्रियाएँ की जाती हैं, जिससे उपभोग योग्य तैयार चावल प्राप्त होता है।
इस मशीन में सबसे पहले प्री-क्लीनिंग प्रणाली के माध्यम से कच्चे धान से धूल, कंकड़, तिनके और भूसा जैसे बाहरी अशुद्ध पदार्थ हटाए जाते हैं। इसके बाद साफ किए गए धान को डी-हस्किंग प्रक्रिया से गुजारा जाता है, जिसमें बाहरी भूसी को बिना अधिक दाने टूटे प्रभावी ढंग से अलग किया जाता है। डी-हस्किंग के पश्चात चावल को पॉलिश और सफेद किया जाता है, जिससे उसकी चमक, बनावट और बाजार मूल्य में सुधार होता है।
इस मशीन का स्वचालित संचालन मानव श्रम पर निर्भरता को काफी कम करता है, प्रसंस्करण की गति बढ़ाता है और प्रत्येक बैच में समान गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करता है। यह मशीन अपव्यय को न्यूनतम रखते हुए साबुत दानों की अधिकतम रिकवरी सुनिश्चित करने के लिए डिज़ाइन की गई है। इस मशीन के उपयोग से प्रसंस्करण इकाई की उत्पादकता बढ़ती है और गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण बेहतर रूप से संभव हो पाता है।
